Interns are enrolled in a post-secondary institution and are pursuing a degree, or just recently graduated. They wish to participate in a work-based internship within their specific academic field.
Host farmers and agribusinesses will benefit from participation in this program by having intelligent, well motivated, and eager young adults contribute to their operations.
These young agriculturalists will contribute to your operation in many ways. From helping set a crop, to managing, and harvesting it, and can include daily livestock activities. Many applicants also have university degrees and coursework that supplements their practical experience.
